I unlocked the chest by using a Vial of Flames, which in turn is created by using an Empty Obsidian Vial on the Empowering Flame.I suspect it has a chance to drop from any chest in the vault.Exploring Our Past. I found this in the Zskera Vaults in one of the rooms. It contained a gem that I had to 'wiggle' closer to get. Inside the goo you get one of two options 1) grab the gem or 2) wiggle closer to the gem.
